Anxiety is the most common mental health condition in the country. It is estimated that one in four people experience it in their lifetime. What’s even more concerning is the number of kids experiencing Anxiety or being diagnosed with “Anxiety Disorder”. Maybe it’s a sign of the times or maybe we’ve got better at identifying it but, either way, it can leave us parents feeling helpless as to where to start in order to support them.

Tapping is a gentle technique that the child can do for themselves, or with an adult, to enable them over time to get through difficult parts of their day and, in the long term, learn to improve their mindset to fulfil their potential.
